A light and bright modern 4 bedroom (1 bedroom ias currently used as studio/office space) house in Solihull.

GROUND FLOOR: Open plan orangery with high vaulted ceiling and large gable window, dining area (bespoke wall shelving in back corner of dining area, coming soon!) and modern kitchen with large island. Separate utility area. Large hallway with cloakroom/WC. Front lounge with modern electric fireplace. The orangery at back of the house leads in to the rear garden.

FIRST FLOOR: Three bedrooms, family bathroom, en-suite shower room and creative studio office. The main bedroom has a 4 poster king sized canopy bed. Our son’s bedroom is seaside theme with hand painted mural and single sized 4 poster canopy bed (built in bespoke slatted wardrobe coming soon!). Spare room is minimal and also doubling as an office currently.

GARDEN: Recently renovated modern black pergola with wooden slats, built in wooden seating and white rendered walls, on a private patio with lots of space. Established and mature plant beds, medium sized lawn on a slight slope. There is side access along the side of the house.

ABOUT US: We are friendly, welcoming hosts (who can be present or absent). I have experienced a few photo shoots for national magazines in the past and found it all so fascinating! Our driveway will fit 4 cars, and one or two on the road would be fine if needed. I work from home all week as a fibre artist for my own business, so I can be available for a recce at short notice. We also have an indoor British Shorthair cat, who is very used to the camera (or she can be looked after elsewhere if her acting skills are not required!).
