You can write your own rules for your space for example: Night shoots allowed, Night events not allowed, Only shooting on weekends... • No smoking inside the house. Please use back garden and dispose of cigarette butts. • Please keep staircase by the front door clear of equipment/props/shoes (this is our tenants staircase) • Eating/drinking to be restricted to kitchen area • Please ask permission from owners if you would like to move items of furniture. Please lift rather than drag! • No decorating allowed without prior consent. This includes drilling or attaching things into walls. • Please ensure that all rugs are covered or rolled up and moved. • Please separate rubbish; recycling, general rubbish and raw food scraps. Separate bins are provided. • The food in the cupboards/fridges is not available. Please do not use. Teas, coffees, sugar and milk will be provided. • Please ensure that before vacating the building, all windows and doors are locked. A gentle reminder: Dray Gardens is a family home. Please treat it as you would your own. Please remember to tidy up after yourselves and put any furniture, plants and home accessories back where you originally found them. (We recommend you take photos of the space prior to shooting to help with this)
