Ground Floor
Entrance way
Large Black double front doors, with an open feel, concrete grey colour walls, with wide hallway, open and airy feel.
White Floor-boards through out the whole property (excluding the Kitchen/Dining)
The Manor Room (Reception room 1)
Pink walls, with panelling on one wall. Old Chateau doors fixed to the wall. Large white ornate wood fireplace with log stove. A Ficus Tree, stoops across the room. Powder blue silk original curved button back sofa. High ceilings, perfect for a colourama/studio set up.
Sun Room (leading off the Manor Room via glass double doors)
Original Victorian tiled floor, offering various wall backgrounds; white painted brick, white reclaimed scaffold boards, original raw wood scaffold boards. High ceilings with a Sky Light.
Library (Reception room 2)
Black painted walls and floor to ceiling bookshelves, which are adorned with art books and novels. Proudly stands a large taxidermy peacock and other smaller birds on perches, and in domes. A wall full of framed bugs. A black Louis ornate fireplace. With an unusual Rococo style, large gold mirror above the fireplace and large gold chandelier in centre of the room.
Kitchen/Dining
A polished concrete floor. A beautiful antique shaker style Kitchen in dark pantry blue, Marble counter tops wrapping around the kitchen, with a hand carved wood top island. Exposed brick wall behind the dining table. 3 amazing glass drop pendant Chandeliers above dining table (these can be unhooked and removed)
Kids Play Room
Black and white stripe carpet. With a large bay window. Bespoke shelves on the wall with ornaments.
Utility Room
Behind floor to ceiling black board cupboard doors,within the Kids play room, a white clinical feel work top and sink with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Industrial Dungeon (Downstairs Water Closet)
Stunning scratched concrete wall with green and yellow tones, exposed copper piping wrapped around an old foxed mirror. Industrial gas taps. Green chequered Bert & May floor tiles. Victorian porcelain butler sink and sanitary wear.
First Floor
Boho room (Bedroom)
Soft grey walls, set out as one of the spare bedrooms in the house, offering an amazing vibrant eclectic mix, 2 large bright coloured peacock chairs, a white metal hospital bed, adorned with many knitted, embroidered and embellished throws collected from around the world. Walls are adorned with vibrant ornaments from around the world. Large plants scattered around the room.
Family Bathroom
White shiny metro tiles, bath and one small window, basin unit.
Second Floor
Kids Bedroom
Giant monochrome geometric rug with a white metal day bed and large window. White carved mirror. Baby cot.
Green Master Bathroom
This is set up as a large family bathroom with a copper roll top bath, however the bath is a prop, no plumbing. Green panelled wall and lots of unique shelving and a beautiful ravaged burnt fireplace. Surrounded by draping flora and fauna from the ceiling and across the shelves.
Flooded Chateau Room
This is the master bedroom and it offers are very dramatic and beautifully dilapidated backdrop. And the corner of the room has been designed deliberately to look like a forgotten unloved water damaged chateau. With its waterfall, stained walls and ravaged walls, stunning large Rattan Louis bed. To the right of the room, stands floor to ceiling teal blue panelled wardrobes and in the bay window sits a raw Edwardian armchair.
Third Floor
Dressing Room
The top floor of the house, this room offers wall to wall rails adorned with Mens and Womens clothes. The centre piece in the room holds crucifixes, collected from all over the world and other such ornaments.
