Guests enter the house into a beautiful Regency hallway with original sweeping staircase and cast iron balustrading. Breakfast can be taken in the garden room with double doors opening out onto the original walled garden, where in the Summer months breakfast can also be served.
Situated on a wide avenue designed by the architect Charles Busby with Brunswick Square to the east and Palmeira Square to the west.
The house has had many different uses including as a school, a lodging house, a retirement home and a bed and breakfast.
There are 4 guest bedrooms and a self contained two bedroom apartment.
