Palace close to Bilbao

The Palace has, together with its garden and its centenary trees, unbeatable views of the Kolitxa and Ganekogorta mountains, it is located in a strategic site from which it is divided into three provinces, Cantabria, Castilla y León and Álava. Since 2013 it has been classified as a historical monument of the Basque Country for its cultural value. It is also a bearer of historical values, since its origin dates back to 1662 and its current state is a curious mixture of a watchtower and a rural residence. On the second floor of the tower it presents, located between two windows, a beautiful coat of arms of Horcasitas of cultured execution and a baroque finish. The tower today after a comprehensive rehabilitation consists of 3 floors, the ground floor consists of a hall, a large living room with fireplace, semi-industrial kitchen, toilet and a room with a living room and bathroom adapted for the disabled. The first floor is made up of 4 double rooms with bathroom and a superior room with living room and bathroom. The second floor consists of an apartment, a double room with a bathroom and a suite room with a living room and a bathroom with hydromassage.

The palace has 10,000 meters of land and a wooded area with trees of more than 400 years and also a waterfall and pond. It has a 100-meter terrace with tables and chairs for 40 people, a relaxation area with 2 sets of outdoor sofas to enjoy the views and nature in this area. Ideal for any type of celebration including baptisms, communions and even small weddings. The palace is fully equipped to sleep up to 16 people, it also has all the crockery and glasses etc. for up to 60 people. Dining room consists of a relaxation area with a wood-burning fireplace and has 2 2-seater sofas, a 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and 2 poufs and a dining room with chairs and tables for up to 20 people. The kitchen is a dream kitchen with a central island for cooking with friends equipped with high-end appliances. It consists of a Double Oven, Microwave, American fridge, central island with sink, gas fire, iron and ceramic hob, water area with 2 dishwashers and sink, industrial coffee maker.
