Description
Magnificent property with more than 1000 m². On the ground floor, from the entrance hall, we access the main living room of the house with fireplace, which will lead us to the large dining room next to the kitchen. The kitchen has an interior fireplace area, an office area and a laundry and ironing area. Through the beautiful hall, we can access a large living room of 200 m² with several seating areas and a large bar, and that has natural light thanks to the skylights in the ceiling, and where we can carry out our family celebrations and with our best friends.
On the same floor we will find several bedrooms and a suite where you can have accommodation in case you want to stay overnight and make the most of your event or celebration. On the lower floor there are also three large outdoor suites.
On a lower level of the estate, surrounded by gardens and a beautiful pine forest, we find the pool house, consisting of a kitchen, an indoor barbecue, several dining areas and the pool, with an indoor and outdoor area, which has a whirlpool, sauna, changing rooms and toilets.
On the interior floor we find the large wine cellar and the machine room, and on the upper floor, we find the beautiful music room, made with more than 100 different woods brought from all over the world and which has exceptional acoustics. Finally, located at the entrance of the property, we find a beautiful 18th century farmhouse which is currently used as the masoveros’ house.
The estate also has different storage areas, a large garage for more than ten cars and its own well for the irrigation of the estate and the swimming pools. It has 7 hectares of forest.

There are several spaces that can be used inside the house there is a main lounge with tables and chairs and there is also a large lounge with sofas (see pictures). Outside there are chairs and tables for up to 20 people in the pool area and on the same floor there is a terrace where you can put chairs and tables (approx. 20 more).
There is an esplanade under the trees where you can also put tables for about 30 people standing. There is room for 16 people. There are 8 bedrooms. 6 double rooms with bathroom, 1 quadruple room with 1 bathroom and one of them is a suite.
