The cast iron spiral staircase leads up to a bright south-facing double bedroom and en suite bathroom.

The living room has a huge indigo linen sofa and cushions, fast 350MB wifi, a 50″ Smart TV with Sky with all the apps, a real log fireplace and a velvet tub chair at its side.

The 1930’s kitchen has a vintage fridge and oven, cooking equipment and basic supplies (tea, coffee, etc), with an extendable kitchen/ dining table and Victorian school chairs.

An antique Japanese boro and aged-crittall window mirror decorate the cast-iron spiral staircase.

The bedroom upstairs has a dark-wood suite consisting of a double bed, side tables, a dressing table and chest of drawers, with lots of plants throughout.

The en suite bathroom is equipped with bath tub and shower, Victorian antique-brass fixtures, a linen curtain, vintage mirrors and fresh towels.

Both floors have dark wooden flooring and sash windows, and the downstairs ceiling has exposed beams and dimmable filament lightbulbs.

The property is 495 sq ft total – the downstairs room measures 16 x 15 ft and the bedroom upstairs measures 12 x 10 ft.

Heating is controlled with a remote which guests have access to and can adjust to their desired temperature.
